Louis Paradis (06/07/59) is originating and always remains in Montmagny. Fascinated by comix since his more tender childhood, he very early discovers the albums of Tintin  and later of Astérix .

It is at the 15 years age that Louis carries out its first album: "the Rage of Brandy" published with 500 issues. Being registered in 1977 with the college in graphics, Louis realizes soon that its tastes are rather directed towards the comic strip. He learns the trade by observing the large draughtsmen such as Buscema, Foster, Hogarth, Giraud/Moëbius, Kirby, Barry Windsor-windsor-smith, and thereafter Julliard. Louis practises constantly to improve his art.
